About Us
The Longford Fishing Club is amongst the oldest standing fishing clubs in Tasmania. We have a proud tradition and diverse members from the serious fly fisherman to casual boaties to weekend river and lake shore fishers all hoping to catch that allusive sports fish. Members vary in age from toddlers to seniors and enjoy the social aspect and comradery of the club's involvement in event competitions or the many community events to which we are involved with. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at the Green Shed in the Longford Show Grounds at 7:30pm. All welcome to come along and be part of a great local club
